Michael has over 35 years of experience of private client law, qualifying as a solicitor in 1976. Michael was a partner at Witham Weld, Trethowans and then Wilsons prior to establishing Catchpole Law in 2009.
Michael was a governor at St. Mary’s School, Shaftesbury for many years and he is a trustee of a number of private trusts.
Solicitor and Practice Manager
Alison joined Catchpole Law in January 2014. As well as being Practice Manager Alison assists Michael with probate and Powers of Attorney. She qualified in 1990 and previously worked as a corporate lawyer for 15 years before taking a break to bring up her family.
Tamasine Hankey TEP
Tamasine qualified as a solicitor in 2011 after which she worked in London for Pemberton Greenish for 3 years. She is a member of the Society for Trust and Estate Practitioners and joined Catchpole Law in 2014.
Victoria joined Catchpole Law in 2017. She has many years legal secretarial experience and has also achieved Level 6 of the Institute of Legal Executives examinations.
Jackie joined Catchpole Law in January 2014 having worked in Salisbury for more than 20 years as a legal secretary and IT trainer. Jackie also assists Michael with Trust administration.
Rachel joined Catchpole Law in August 2017 having worked in Salisbury for more than 15 years as a private client legal secretary and an Information and research assistant, when she undertook a BAILLI Legal Foundation Course. Rachel assists David with our conveyancing work as well as legal secretarial support for private client matters.
David has over 35 years’ experience of residential conveyancing, qualifying as a solicitor in 1981. He initially practised in central London, but since 1986 has worked in the West Country. He joined Catchpole Law in 2017.
